What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Assist customers with inquiries about services, showcasing the benefits of switching to the employer's offerings
What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to customer engagement and problem-solving
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training
Associate's degree or higher is preferred

Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
Experience in sales or customer service roles in a similar industry
