What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of switching services
Problem‑solve and encourage customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Proactive approach to customer engagement and problem‑solving
Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer service or sales role within a telecommunications environment
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar CRM systems
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer relationships
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Previous experience in a fast‑paced sales environment
