What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business clients to present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers and demonstrate the value of switching services
Problem-solve and encourage potential customers to commit to services
What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to customer interactions
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Ability to direct conversations and close sales effectively
3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training
An Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales-oriented environment
Strong communication skills and confidence in engaging with customers
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
Ability to adapt and tailor communications to different customer needs
