What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services that meet their needs.
Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages.
Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system.
Use product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services.
Solve problems and find solutions to encourage customer commitment.
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training.
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred.
Strong communication skills with the ability to direct conversations and close sales.
Proactive approach to customer engagement.
Education: Associate's degree or higher preferred.

Experience in a sales-related position.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to encourage customer commitments.
