Follow up with current customers to ensure their satisfaction and upsell additional services Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the SalesForce system Utilize expertise in company products to assist customers and highlight the benefits of switching services Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage business customers to commit to services What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to customer engagement and sales Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales 3 to 6 months of related experience and/or training required Associate's degree or higher preferred How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a sales environment, particularly in telecommunications Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers Familiarity with SalesForce or similar customer relationship management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
