What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
Make outbound calls to potential business customers and present communication packages
Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the SalesForce system
Utilize knowledge of products to assist customers and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
Problem-solve and find solutions to encourage customer commitment
What is Required (Qualifications)
A proactive approach to sales and customer service
Three to six months of related experience and/or training
Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
Outgoing personality with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
Preference for candidates with an Associate's degree or higher
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in telemarketing or sales within the telecommunications industry
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse customers
Familiarity with SalesForce or similar customer relationship management software
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality
