Regional Sales Executive (Remote)
CORPORATE RESOURCES OF IL LTD, Memphis, TN, United States
Up to $125K OTE First Year (Base + Commission Structure) + Full Benefits, Expenses paid, and more!
**This role is 100% remote covering multistate territory including Tennessee, Mississippi, Missouri, and Southern Illinois.**
For decades, our company has built its reputation through hard work, craftsmanship, and long‑term partnerships. What started as a small metal manufacturing operation delivering reliable parts locally has grown into a trusted partner for industries that demand precision, consistency, and accountability.
We’re not about quick wins, our growth comes from doing things the right way: investing in our people, standing behind our work, and supporting customers when challenges arise. Many of our customer relationships span years — even generations — because we focus on helping customers succeed, solving problems, and being a dependable extension of their operation. With demand strong and opportunities increasing, we’re expanding our commercial team to support both our loyal customers and new markets ahead.
Why This Role Matters: We are looking for a
sales professional
who wants to become part of the company’s long‑term story — someone willing to learn the business from the ground up, build relationships that last, and help shape the future of our customer partnerships. Success in this position comes from understanding our shop floor, collaborating with operations, and truly representing what manufacturing is about: reliability, responsiveness, and results.
This is not simply a sales position. It is an opportunity to contribute to a company where individual effort directly influences growth, customer success, and the continued legacy of the business.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and grow established customer relationships
Serve as a trusted point of contact from quote through production
Identify opportunities to expand existing partnerships
Collaborate with engineering, production, and leadership teams to deliver solutions
Develop new business opportunities within targeted industries
Build relationships with new customers and re‑engage dormant accounts
Prospect, quote, and manage opportunities through completion
Contribute to driving the next stage of company growth
Who We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of sales experience, with at least 6 months in metal sales
Strong drive, ambition, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves
Values long‑term relationships over transactional selling
Energized by making a measurable difference
Takes pride in representing a manufacturing organization built on integrity and quality
The Opportunity: Joining our team means becoming part of a company where contributions are visible and growth is earned. As the organization continues to expand, there is significant opportunity for career development and increased responsibility. You will have the chance to help strengthen existing partnerships, open new doors, and play a direct role in shaping the future of a company that has been built to last.
