What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Lead and manage the sales process across the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets within the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market

Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers

Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer requirements

Drive sales pipeline development by prospecting new opportunities and enhancing existing customer relationships

Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting to inform strategic business decisions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted

Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry

Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, or renewable energy developers

Strong consultative sales acumen and ability to lead long sales cycles with multiple partners

Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, and modular buildings

Strong leadership and communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
