What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage sales efforts for Engineered Building Systems in the Commercial and Industrial Bus Duct market across the U.S.
Cultivate relationships with key customers in the Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy sectors
Collaborate with internal teams to develop technical solutions and proposals that meet customer needs
Drive sales pipeline development through prospecting and qualifying new opportunities
Maintain market awareness and provide accurate forecasting to inform strategic business decisions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent outside sales experience accepted
Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry
Proven experience with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, or renewable energy developers
Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to manage long sales cycles
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience working with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or modular buildings
Demonstrated leadership in aligning rep agency performance and partnerships
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong presentation abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
