What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid‑sized businesses across various industries
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking
Deliver value‑based presentations to demonstrate how solutions improve business operations
Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales efficiently
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of two years of relevant B2B sales experience
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Proven success in sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
Strong communication and negotiation skills for both face‑to‑face and virtual selling
Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field

Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
High energy, self‑motivated, and competitive nature
