What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Sell Genius® and other payment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses in various industries
Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting, digital outreach, and networking
Deliver value-based presentations to demonstrate how Genius® improves business operations
Collaborate with the District Manager to identify opportunities and close sales
Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities and client communications in Atlas and Salesforce
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 18 years of age
High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Two or more years of relevant B2B sales experience
Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
Valid driver’s license and ability to spend at least 75% of time in the field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
High energy, self-motivated, and competitive nature
