Job Description Join our dynamic team as a Grocery Order Fulfillment Specialist and contribute to providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers! Your main responsibility will be selecting and gathering products for online orders, focusing on quality and freshness. You will expertly assemble these orders to facilitate a seamless pick-up process, ensuring that our customers leave satisfied and eager to return. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Efficiently select and gather products for customers' online orders while maintaining quality standards. Assemble online orders and process payments and coupons as necessary. Communicate effectively with customers during the pick-up process, handling substitutions or exceptions professionally. Employ proper bagging techniques while scanning and packing orders on the go. Adhere to local, state, and federal laws along with food safety procedures and company guidelines. Verify order accuracy while retrieving items from staging areas and assist in loading them into customer vehicles. Keep staging areas and equipment clean and organized to promote a safe work environment. Assist in training new team members and make significant contributions to our overall team productivity. Manage customer interactions professionally, resolving conflicts in a constructive and friendly manner. Support diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special requirements, and senior adults. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Able to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. Good literacy skills for reading shelf tags and following instructions. Basic math abilities, including counting, addition, and subtraction. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in personal shopping or in roles related to warehouse, production, or cashiering.
