In this role, you will efficiently gather and select top-quality products for online orders, ensuring that freshness and quality are paramount in every delivery. Key Responsibilities: Select and gather high-quality products for customers' online orders, ensuring the highest standards of freshness and quality. Assemble orders and process payments swiftly, guaranteeing accurate transactions. Deliver and load orders into customers' vehicles upon their arrival, providing friendly service. Communicate any substitutions or changes in orders at pick-up to ensure clarity and customer satisfaction. Maintain clean and organized staging areas and equipment to uphold our operational standards. Manage customer inquiries effectively using a portable phone, providing prompt and professional responses. Adhere to local, state, and federal food safety regulations along with company policies. Assist in training new team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace culture. Meet or exceed productivity targets while thriving in a fast-paced environment. Participate in opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are efficiently completed. Qualifications: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Skilled in reading shelf tags and following product guidelines to ensure quality. Basic math skills, including counting, addition, and subtraction. Effective oral and written communication skills to interact with customers and team members. Previous experience as a personal shopper, in retail, or a similar environment is an advantage! Compensation ranges from $18.90 to $25.80 per hour.
