Grocery Order Fulfillment Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Grocery Order Fulfillment Specialist! In this essential role, you will be crucial in selecting and gathering high-quality products for customers' online orders, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience that fosters repeat business. You'll have the opportunity to assemble orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver completed orders to customers' vehicles upon their arrival at the store. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently select and gather products for online orders while upholding quality and freshness standards. Process customer orders accurately, including handling payments and coupons with care. Load completed orders into customer vehicles at pick-up, ensuring a friendly and helpful interaction. Scan and bag orders according to company bagging standards for optimal presentation. Communicate effectively with customers regarding any substitutions or issues with orders, ensuring their satisfaction. Adhere to food safety protocols and comply with all relevant regulations to maintain a safe shopping environment. Keep staging areas and equipment organized and clean to promote efficiency. Report any discrepancies in pricing, scanning, or item locations to management for prompt resolution. Minimum Qualifications: Ability to work independently and with a strong sense of urgency. Strong reading skills for interpreting shelf tags and customer orders accurately. Basic math skills to effectively process transactions. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, for excellent customer interaction. Desired Experience: Previous experience as a personal shopper, in a warehouse, or in retail environments such as stocking shelves or cashiering is a plus.
