Grocery Fulfillment Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Grocery Fulfillment Specialist, where your role will be essential in selecting and gathering high-quality products for customers' online orders. Your meticulous attention to detail will greatly enhance the shopping experience, ensuring freshness and satisfaction for our valued customers. As a key member of our Grocery Fulfillment team, you will: Efficiently assemble and fulfill customers' online orders, process payments and coupons, and deliver orders directly to customers' vehicles upon their arrival. Deliver outstanding customer service that encourages customers to shop online with us repeatedly. Key Responsibilities: Select and gather products for online orders, prioritizing quality and freshness at all times. Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' orders promptly. Effectively scan and bag items while following bagging standards for efficient service. Communicate any necessary substitutions or exceptions clearly with customers at pick-up. Ensure that all products are stored and handled according to established safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including staging areas and equipment. Assist with the POS system for seamless order processing. Respond to customer inquiries using a portable device in a friendly and professional manner. Qualifications: Ability to work independently with efficiency and speed. Strong reading and comprehension skills are essential. Basic math skills (e.g., counting, addition, subtraction) are required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Experience: Previous experience as a personal shopper or in retail settings, such as stocking shelves or cashiering, is a bonus.
