Grocery Order Fulfillment Specialist

Become a vital member of our team as a Grocery Order Fulfillment Specialist! You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive their online orders with the highest standards of quality and freshness. Your responsibilities will include assembling orders, processing payments, and creating a seamless pick-up experience that delights our customers and encourages future online shopping. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently select and gather items for online orders while prioritizing freshness and quality. Assemble customer orders and handle coupons and payments during pick-up. Effectively communicate any order substitutions or issues to customers at the time of pick-up. Scan, bag, and organize orders following our company’s bagging standards. Adhere to all applicable laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in staging areas and equipment. Utilize a portable device to communicate professionally and promptly with customers. Report any discrepancies in pricing, scanning errors, and item locations to management. Assist in training new team members and strive to meet productivity targets. Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment while resolving conflicts constructively. Qualifications: Ability to work independently and follow directions effectively. Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction). Strong oral and written communication skills. Desired Experience: Experience in roles such as personal shopping or in production environments like stocking shelves or working as a cashier. Compensation: $19.40 - $26.35 per hour.
