What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide
Ask probing questions to assess customer needs and recommend additional products and/or services
Build client relationships and utilize product knowledge to retain customers
Track, document, and retrieve information in databasesDeliver exceptional customer experiences with a positive attitude
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience (upselling/recommending products or services)
Basic understanding of upselling, persuasion, and communication skills
Open availability to meet the demands of the role
High school diploma or GED
Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with telemarketing or customer service roles
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
A quiet, distraction-free home office environment
High-speed internet access and a smartphone for work-related communications
