As a Construction Superintendent, youll manage all site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline goals. Qualifications
Bachelors in Construction Management or equivalent field experience
8+ years managing commercial construction projects in the field
Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects, with strong MEP knowledge
Exceptional leadership, communication, and team management skills
Experience in healthcare/pharma, higher education, or K-12 projects preferred
Ability to manage budgets, labor schedules, and project progress efficiently
Willingness to travel within Illinois, Indiana, and surrounding states as required
