What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist customers inside and outside the employer’s center with products and services
Utilize smartphone-based technology to manage rentals and inventory
Move and hook up trucks and trailers, ensuring equipment is clean and inspected
Answer customer inquiries and educate them about products and services
Prepare rental invoices and accept returned equipment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs
Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts
Commitment to using protective gear when necessary
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in customer service or the moving and storage industry
Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspections
Ability to drive a forklift (certification provided upon employment)
Willingness to participate in ongoing education through training programs
