
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

A world-leading product manufacturer is seeking a
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager
to own and optimize customer journeys, lead nurturing, and marketing automation. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong HubSpot experience who can improve conversion, retention, and overall lifecycle performance.
This is a Hybrid position in Irvine, California.
Key Responsibilities
Own lifecycle marketing strategy across email & SMS including onboarding, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.
Build and manage audience segmentation for targeted campaigns
Plan and execute marketing calendars aligned with promotions and business goals
Develop and optimize lead nurture programs to improve conversion rates
Manage HubSpot workflows, automation, and CRM data quality
Partner with Sales on lead stages, scoring, and handoff processes
Oversee integrations with Shopify and other CRM platforms
Monitor performance, run A/B tests, and optimize campaigns based on data
Support loyalty and retention initiatives, including membership programs
Requirements
At least 4+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation
Hands‑on experience with HubSpot (required)
Strong understanding of e‑commerce funnels and customer journeys
Proven success improving conversion rates and lifecycle revenue
Experience with segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization
Strong project management and communication skills
Nice to Have
Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or CRM integrations
HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub or Sales Hub)
Familiarity with email deliverability and privacy regulations (GDPR, consent)
Basic HTML for email and experience working with developers
Hybrid work flexibility
