Your Impact

Driving operational excellence while collaborating with leadership to deliver strong, measurable results

Building and leading talent systems, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and leadership development

Work on a high-performance team in a Chick-fil-A Restaurant alongside other leaders

Learn and operate within the restaurant systems to lead, train and develop impactful people development systems

A proven leader who is passionate about developing others and building strong, healthy teams

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)

Interest or experience in building or improving systems (recruiting, training, or operations)

Someone who has experience or strong interest in talent leadership (recruiting, onboarding, training, development)

A big-picture thinker who can see what needs to be built and is willing to grow into creating systems over time

Someone who takes ownership, follows through, and is motivated by impact
