What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services

Utilize smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory

Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers as needed

Clean and inspect equipment, checking fluid levels and ensuring readiness

Prepare rental invoices and handle equipment returns

What is Required (Qualifications)

Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record

High school diploma or equivalent

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs.

Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts

Availability for ongoing education and training

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role

Familiarity with equipment maintenance and inspection procedures

Ability to operate a forklift (certification provided)

Interest in health and wellness programs offered by the employer

Willingness to undergo training for propane filling and hitch installation
