What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls
Educate healthcare providers about the vaccine program and ensure access to patient assistance materials
Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
Make complete and timely submissions of all timekeeping and call activity within the approved CRM
Participate in required training and sales meetings, and coordinate virtual and live events
What is Required (Qualifications) Four‑year college degree preferred
Minimum 1 to 3 years of inside sales experience or B2B territory management/account management experience
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed defined territory sales goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High work ethic, reliable, and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Inside pharmaceutical, device, or MedTech sales experience
Experience with Salesforce or Veeva
Advanced listening, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills
Ability to quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve performance
Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
