What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls
Educate healthcare providers about the vaccine program and deliver accurate product information
Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
Ensure compliance with promotional programs and proper use of promotional materials
Participate or coordinate virtual and live lunch & learns, as applicable
What is Required (Qualifications):
Four-year college degree preferred
Minimum 1 to 3 years of inside sales experience or B2B territory/account management experience
Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed defined territory sales goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Inside pharmaceutical, device, or MedTech sales experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce and Veeva preferred
Advanced listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve performance
