What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls

Educate healthcare providers about the vaccine program and ensure access to patient assistance materials

Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles

Participate in required training and sales meetings, and make sales presentations

Ensure compliance with promotional programs and maintain accurate records of all sales activities

What is Required (Qualifications):

Four-year college degree preferred

Minimum 1 to 3 years of inside sales experience or B2B territory management/account management experience

Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed defined territory sales goals

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information to healthcare professionals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Inside Pharmaceutical, Device, or MedTech sales experience

Experience with Salesforce or Veeva

Advanced listening, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills

Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve performance
