What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls
Identify key decision-makers within medical practices and develop relationships with them
Deliver accurate product information and educate healthcare providers about vaccine programs
Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
Ensure compliance with promotional programs and proper use of promotional materials
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 1 to 3 years of inside sales experience or B2B territory/account management experience
Experience developing and maintaining customer relationships
Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed defined territory sales goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information to healthcare professionals
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Four-year college degree preferred
Experience with Salesforce or Veeva preferred
Inside pharmaceutical, device, or MedTech sales experience preferred
Advanced listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
High work ethic, reliable, and punctual in reporting for scheduled work
