What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage assigned accounts and detail healthcare professionals through outbound and inbound calls
Identify key decision makers within medical practices and develop relationships with healthcare providers
Deliver accurate product information and educate health care providers about vaccine programs
Maintain and update current and prospective target prescriber profiles
Participate in virtual and live lunch & learns, as well as assist in recruiting for national meetings
What is Required (Qualifications)
Four-year College Degree preferred
Minimum 1 to 3 years of inside sales experience or B2B territory/account management experience
Proven ability to meet/exceed defined territory sales goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain accurate records of all sales activities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in inside pharmaceutical, device, or MedTech sales
Proficiency with Salesforce or Veeva
Advanced listening, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Ability to quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve performance
High work ethic and reliability in scheduled work attendance
