Job Responsibilities:
Manage the sales process from lead generation through to closing deals and follow-up activities
Cultivate and enhance key customer relationships to promote the employer's technology products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide market insights and customer feedback
Conduct competitive research to inform marketing campaigns and sales strategies
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage sales activities in Salesforce.com
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales or business development
Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a quota-carrying sales role
Proven track record of generating leads and exceeding sales quotas
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills
Ability to create tailored product and pricing packages for diverse customer profiles
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in ERP sales or relevant industry certifications (e.g., Certified Sales Professional)
Previous experience in software sales, particularly within agile organizations
Familiarity with SaaS sales and animal health technology
Background in Research, Quality Control, Budgeting, Auditing, or Procurement
Experience in both Animal Health and Human Health industries
