What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct and manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies
Collaborate with patients to identify and address barriers to medication adherence
Coordinate with medical providers or pharmacies to ensure timely prescription refills
Document all interactions and outcomes in appropriate systems
Participate in training and share best practices to enhance pharmacy workflows
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment providing patient outreach
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
Proficient with call center platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate’s Degree
Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) or an active Pharmacy Technician License in any state
