What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound calls with patients, providers, and pharmacies following established protocols
Collaborate with patients to identify and remove barriers to medication adherence and escalate clinical issues as necessary
Proactively coordinate with medical providers or pharmacies to ensure timely prescription refills
Document all interactions, outcomes, and identified barriers accurately in appropriate systems
Identify opportunities to enhance pharmacy workflows and participate in training to build expertise in pharmacy quality metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment providing patient outreach
Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills
Proficient with call center platforms and electronic health records (EHR) platforms
Ability to work any shift between 8 AM - 7 PM EST, with reliable high-speed internet access
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Associate’s Degree
Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT or ExCPT) or Active Pharmacy Technician License in any state
