The impact you'll make in this role:
- Accelerating and promoting our Solventum Medical Surgical Portfolio in the hospitals of your region by leading the full sales process.
- Defending the existing business by giving excellent service and added value to the customer.
- Building and developing a network with existing and new customers.
- Organizing and participating in seminars, workshops, congresses, and meetings with customers.
- Translating customer needs into proposals that will bring value for your customers.
- Financial follow up against targets.
- Closely collaborating with your colleagues.
Your skills and expertise:
- Commercial experience in the hospital segment and tenders with medical devices.
- Bachelor's degree in a medical/nursing or para-medical study is an extra.
- Sound clinical knowledge is critical to this role.
- High level of communication and presentation skills.
- You enjoy working together with colleagues from different functions, cultures, and countries.
- Ability to interact with customers at all levels within their working environment.
- Public speaking, presentation, and training skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, goal oriented.
- MS office knowledge and database management.
- Fluency in English and French, basic Dutch knowledge.
- Current, valid driver's license.
Work location: Remote within Belgium
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
Travel: Up to 60% domestic.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
