
Inbound Sales Agent_Seasonal

Overview
We are seeking seasonal inbound sales representatives for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. The role requires flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
Provide outbound and inbound phone sales and customer service to Orkin clients.
Answer questions regarding Orkin services, build rapport, and close sales via telephone.
Schedule initial services and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Maintain high-quality customer relationships and track performance metrics.
Use provided training and gamification tools to improve performance.
Support peak season demand starting in February.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably phone or call center.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer proficiency and Microsoft Office skills.
Minimum 100 Mbps download/50 Mbps upload internet speed; ability to hard‑wire to a modem.
Private workspace that is quiet and free of distractions.
Ability to pass a computer assessment.
Completed Culture Index assessment (or we will consider candidates consistently with law).
