We are seeking talented Part‑time Outbound Sales Representatives for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays. Work shifts vary Monday‑Saturday from 9am to 9pm EST.
Responsibilities Provide World Class Customer Service and Inbound Phone Sales to our customers.
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services.
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow.
Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service.
Work remotely from your home office; must have minimum 100 mbps upload/50 mbps download high‑speed internet. Company provides computer and other equipment.
Support our field's peak season starting February.
Manage the customer relationship to ensure best in class service and identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities.
Use gamification methods to measure performance.

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of telesales experience with proven track record of hitting sales quota.
2+ years cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience.
Will be required to make 200+ phone calls per day.
High level of PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems.
Will be considered in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.
Work from Home Requirements
Appropriate workspace in your home; private/semiprivate home‑office space free of distractions and background noise.
A workspace with adequate furnishings (desk, chair, lighting).
Minimum 100 mbps download/50 mbps upload or higher internet; ability to hard‑wire to a modem.
Must reside within commuting distance of greater Green Bay, WI metro area.
