Inbound Sales Agent_Seasonal

Responsibilities In this role, you will provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to our customers. You will interact directly with customers as the first impression of the brand, identifying needs and providing customized solutions.

Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services.

Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow.

Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service.

Manage the customer relationship to ensure best‑in‑class service, identifying cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.

Use gamification methods as a tool to measure performance.

Work remotely from your home office. You must have a minimum of 100 Mbps upload/50 Mbps download or higher, high‑speed internet. We will provide the computer and other equipment.

Support our field's peak season that starts building around February.

Qualifications

High School/GED.

1–2 years sales experience; direct phone sales in or out of a call center environment preferred.

Completion of a Culture Index assessment.

Verification of internet speed.

Ability to pass a computer assessment.

Work From Home Requirements

Appropriate private or semi‑private home office free of distractions and background noise.

Adequate furnishings (desk, chair, lighting).

Minimum 100 Mbps download/50 Mbps upload or higher, high‑speed internet; ability to hardwire to a modem.

Must reside within commuting distance of greater Atlanta, GA metro area.

What You’ll Need

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic computer skills in various software and web‑based applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Comfortable working in a high‑volume role.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
