
Inbound Sales Agent_Seasonal

Overview
We are seeking seasonal inbound sales representatives for Orkin's remote customer contact center. The role requires a self‑motivated, empathetic individual who can work in a fast‑paced environment. You will provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales, identifying customer needs and delivering customized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services.
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow.
Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule the initial service.
Work remotely from your home office with minimum 100 Mbps upload/50 Mbps download or higher.
Support peak season starting around February.
Manage the customer relationship to ensure best‑in‑class service and identify opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling.
Use gamification methods to measure performance and increase engagement.
Qualifications
High School diploma or GED.
1–2 years of sales experience, preferably direct or phone sales in a call‑center environment.
Completion of a Culture Index assessment.
Verification of internet speed and ability to pass a computer assessment.
Work‑From‑Home Requirements
Appropriate private or semi‑private home office free of distractions.
Desk, chair, adequate lighting, and a hard‑wired modem.
Must reside within commuting distance of the greater Indianapolis, IN metro area.
