
Inbound Sales Agent_Seasonal

Overview
We are seeking talented seasonal sales professionals for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays to ensure consistent support for our customers.
Responsibilities
Provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales.
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services.
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow.
Close pest control sales via phone and schedule the initial service.
Work remotely from a designated home office with required internet speed.
Support our field's peak season that begins building around February.
Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service, while identifying cross‑selling and upselling opportunities.
Use gamification methods to measure performance.
Qualifications
High School/GED.
1‑2 years of sales experience; direct/phone sales in or out of a call center preferred.
Completion of a Culture Index assessment.
Verification of internet speed (minimum 100 Mbps upload/50 Mbps download or higher).
Ability to pass a computer assessment.
Applicable to all qualified candidates per federal, state and local law.
Work‑From‑Home Requirements
Appropriate private or semi‑private workspace free of distractions and background noise.
Suitable furnishings (desk, chair, lighting).
Stable high‑speed internet connection (hard‑wired to a modem).
Must reside within commuting distance of greater Nashville, TN metro area.
