Position We are seeking talented PART‑TIME OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVES for our remote Orkin Customer Contact Center. You must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays, to ensure we have consistent support for our customers. Work shifts vary Sunday‑Saturday from 8am‑10pm EST.
Must be able to attend training Monday‑Friday from 9am‑6pm EST and reside in the continental United States. Minimum 100 mbps upload / 50 mbps download or higher high‑speed internet with the ability to hard‑wire directly to a modem. Appropriate private workspace free of distractions and background noise is required.

Responsibilities In this role, you will provide world‑class customer service and inbound phone sales to our customers while supporting our field offices.
Answer questions from prospective customers regarding Orkin services.
Build rapport and handle objections within a conversational call flow.
Close pest control sales via telephone and schedule the initial service.
Work remotely from your home office.
Support our field's peak season that begins around February.
Manage customer relationships to ensure best‑in‑class service, identifying opportunities for cross‑selling and up‑selling.
Use gamification methods as a tool to measure performance.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of telesales experience with a proven track record of hitting sales quotas.
2+ years of cold‑calling and/or telemarketing experience.
Must be able to make 200+ phone calls per day.
High level of PC knowledge; navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers on the phone.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
