Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position where they deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.
Key Responsibilities
You are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makers.
Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns.
Grow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
Negotiate service‑agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely.
Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.
Required Qualifications
Qualified candidates must meet all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements for operating a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
Have an active driver’s license.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Obtain a DOT medical certification prior to first day of employment.
Provide documentation regarding previous employment.
Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
Strong customer‑service orientation.
Self‑motivation and teamwork skills.
Positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
