$10.00 to $14.00 per hour. We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn up to 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $2.74 per hour on top of your hourly rate. Benefits & Perks

We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates for our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire store staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides of the business, greets, engages, and processes sales, loans, and other transactions. The role involves a wide range of merchandise, including tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more. Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with all customers, building rapport to recommend appropriate financial solutions. Performs non‑management open/close procedures. Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and displays merchandise. Performs sales and loan transactions in accordance with established policies and regulatory requirements. Handles all cash and negotiable items following established policies. Answers incoming calls in accordance with company standards. Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers. Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers, displaying respect. Partners with all employees to create a positive customer experience. Successfully completes assigned training. Performs other related duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Willing and able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds. Willing and able to perform duties for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting). Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified. Ability to assist a customer outside the building (parking lot or other areas). Minimum age: 18 years old. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. Strong desire to work, serve customers, work with people, and be team‑oriented. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to perform basic math calculations proficiently. Preferred: Cash handling experience. Ability to work at multiple locations as business needs dictate. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule (including weekends and holidays). The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. Pawnbrokers can earn 2%–8% commission based on the gross profit of their personal performance.
