Salary and Commission
$15.25 to $18.00 per hour. The role offers an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process and the opportunity to earn up to 8% on transactions, averaging an additional $1.37 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

Position Summary We are seeking entry‑level, full‑time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the entire store staff to ensure customer service on both the lending and retail sides. They greet, engage, and assist customers with sales, loans, and other transactions, handling jewelry, general merchandise, tools, electronics, firearms (in FFL locations), and more.
Responsibilities
Greets and interacts with customers to develop rapport and recommend financial solutions.
Performs non‑management open/close procedures.
Maintains a clean, stocked sales floor and displays merchandise.
Processes sales and loan transactions in accordance with policies and regulations.
Handles cash and negotiable items per procedures and regulations.
Answers incoming calls according to company standards.
Communicates the legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
Communicates effectively with coworkers and managers.
Partners with all employees to create a positive customer experience.
Completes assigned training successfully.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements & Qualifications
Willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
Willing and able to perform duties & tasks for extended periods (standing, stooping, walking, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting).
Ability to work with firearms and obtain firearms certification.
May be asked to assist customers outside the building or retrieve products from exterior storage.
Minimum age 18.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong desire to work, serve customers, and be team‑oriented.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficient basic math calculations.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Willing to work at multiple locations.
Flexible retail schedule: weekends & holidays.
Computer literate; able to operate POS systems and common office machines.
