Providing auto parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience Engaging with customers with energy and focus in a fast-paced environment Using technology, including computers, cash registers, telephones, and paper catalogs This Is The Right Opportunity For You If You
Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and service questions Have gained automotive experience through work or personal tinkering/repairs Are willing to learn about automotive parts if you're new to the industry Are eager to grow your career with us—opportunities are plentiful! What You’ll Need
Valid Driver’s License Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or a willingness to learn High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade school courses are a plus Excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting Strong listening skills and empathy for customers Additional Preferred Qualifications
Background or passion for automotive, heavy equipment, farm industry, diesel, marine, or dealership Experience in auto parts retail, auction, auto body/collision Knowledge of cataloging or inventory systems Customer-centric mindset ASE Certifications (a plus but not required) What’s In It For You
