Counter Sales , you will be the "face of the retail store," assisting customers with their automotive needs. No need to be able to tear down motors—though that’s a plus—but a background in automotive parts is helpful. This role offers a great opportunity whether you want to build a career as a Parts Specialist, work full or part-time, or explore other career paths with us. What You Will Be Doing
Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge Delivering outstanding customer service Engaging with customers to ensure a positive experience Using technology such as computers, cash registers, and catalogs This Is The Right Opportunity For You If You
Enjoy helping customers with their auto parts questions Have experience in automotive or have repaired vehicles as a hobby Are willing to learn automotive parts if you lack experience Want to grow your career in a supportive environment What You’ll Need
Valid Driver’s License Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn High School Diploma or GED; technical/trade courses are a plus Excellent communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment Good listening skills and empathy Additional Preferred Qualifications
Passion for automotive, heavy equipment, or related industries Experience in retail or auto body/collision shops Knowledge of inventory management systems Customer-centric attitude ASE Certifications (a plus but not required) Benefits
