Providing auto parts answers and solutions to retail and wholesale customers in person and over the phone. Assisting team members with customer questions using your parts knowledge. Delivering outstanding customer care and interactions. Bringing energy and focus to our fast-paced stores. Welcoming customers and ensuring a positive experience. Using technology including computers, cash registers, telephones, and catalogs. This Is The Right Opportunity For You If You
Enjoy helping customers with auto parts and questions. Have automotive experience or enjoy tinkering with cars and trucks. Are willing to learn about automotive parts. Want to grow your career in a supportive environment. What You’ll Need
Valid Driver’s License. Experience in a parts store or automotive industry, or willingness to learn. High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus. Excellent communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail setting. Great listening skills and empathy. Additional Preferences
Automotive, heavy equipment, farm, diesel, marine, or dealership background. Experience with inventory management systems. Customer-centric attitude. ASE Certifications (a plus but not required). What’s In It For You
