
Director of Business Development

Responsibilities
- Develop office activities and initiatives relating to improving the office's strategic marketing orientation and market leadership
- Lead and mentor the operations and staff of the office's marketing department
- Further develop and diversify market opportunities consistent with strategic initiatives by performing marketplace research and analyses
- Develop and lead BD plan
- Develop client relationships
- You will be expected to work in a team environment to implement business development strategies that will increase growth and success
- Media relations and corporate communications, marketing support, and tools for ECS's business developers and support staff
- Update and improve brochures
- Develop a plan and strategy for re-building and improving various marketing tactics
- Implement innovative processes and creative solutions for better business practices
Qualifications
BS in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field - MBA/MKT preferred
10+ years of Business Development and/or Marketing experience - highly preferable if in the Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering , Materials Testing or Facilities markets
