Sales Support
The Sales Support team is responsible for managing the full order lifecycle, from initial quote through delivery, as well as supporting routine audits to ensure the integrity of internal CRM data. This role is centered on customer retention and support, achieved through the following key activities: Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone and email. Conduct outbound calls to provide updates on order status. Identify potential customer account issues and proactively develop solutions. Create and modify orders and quotes for both new and existing customers, with a primary focus on renewal business. Maintain CRM data integrity by regularly researching and updating customer contact information. Execute renewal outreach campaigns via phone and email. Collaborate across departments to resolve challenges and deliver a high level of customer service. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office environment Experience in customer service or outbound marketing is a plus Demonstrated ability to actively listen and understand customer needs before taking action Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently Ability to effectively convey project details to both internal and external stakeholders Proficiency in Google Workspace applications Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Experience with CRM systems (preferred) Familiarity with task management software (preferred) Position Type & Expected Hours of Work
Contract role, paying $25/hour Contract runs from May 1 through October 31, 2026. Part-time role, up to 32 hours per week across four 8-hour shifts Must be available to work within operating hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM
