This position will act as the key individual for executing real estate purchase, lease and sale transactions in their region for a growing global data center company. Focus will be on activities relating to management of an existing portfolio of data center properties and site acquisitions related to new development opportunities. Responsibilities
Inventory Planning and Capex Forecasting Real Estate Acquisition Permitting Asset Review Lease Management Project and Program Management Stakeholder Management Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Accounting required. 5+ years of experience at a data center company, national brokerage firm, investment bank or real estate investment firm preferred. Real Estate License preferred. The targeted pay range for this position in the following locations is: United States - Dallas Infomart Office: 118,000 - 176,000 USD / Annual United States - Chicago Office: 130,000 - 194,000 USD / Annual United States - Ashburn Office: 130,000 - 194,000 USD / Annual Canada - Toronto Office: 99,000 - 149,000 CAD / Annual Equinix Benefits As an employee, you become important to Equinix's success.
