Become a Key Player as a Deal Desk Analyst 3 You will help the organization structure profitable, compliant transactions that enable the sales organization to close business more effectively. You will partner with sales and cross‑functional stakeholders to accelerate approvals, protect revenue recognition, and improve deal velocity. This role is onsite and works closely with the North America deal desk and sales teams.
Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
Manage the day‑to‑day deal approval process and perform first‑line approvals for deals
Meet with sales teams to identify customer needs and structure transactions that satisfy both the client and the organization
Draft and certify customer contracts and ensure adherence to internal policies and revenue recognition rules
Communicate deal value via documented business cases to cross‑functional stakeholders
Prepare in‑quarter deal status and communications to management
Monitor performance against defined metrics and service levels and recommend process improvements
Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful in This Role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent experience
Proven experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, Sales Operations, or Deal Desk roles
Experience drafting and analyzing binding sales agreements and structuring multi‑element contracts (subscriptions, licenses, services, support)
Proficiency with software revenue recognition accounting (including SOP 97‑2) and related guidance
Strong oral and written communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders
Pay Range $32.71 - $40.89/hour
