Steve Brown Apartments, a leader in Madison's rental market since 1980, is looking for a driven professional to join our leasing team.
What You’ll Do All Day
Respond to initial inquiries and provide showings.
Ensure apartments are move‑in ready before tenant move‑ins.
Assist with resident events and review resident accounts.
Perform property inspections and other daily operational tasks.
What It Takes
1+ year of experience in a high‑demand customer service environment (retail, restaurant or hospitality).
Bachelor’s degree.
Self‑starter who is well‑spoken, outgoing, genuine, results‑driven and a little competitive.
Excellent organizational skills and strong customer‑service orientation.
Reliable car with reimbursed mileage for showings.

Salary: $42,000–$45,000 per year.
