Key Responsibilities
Perform outbound calls to enroll or reauthorize individuals in the food box program Assist members in making healthcare decisions to enhance their experience Make a positive impact on individuals' health journeys through tailored nutrition programs
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Bilingual in English and Spanish Strong computer experience, including data entry and navigation Able to provide dual monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and Display ports Able to travel to New York City for a one-day training session
