A company is looking for a Call Center Representative (Remote-NC). Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and assist callers by connecting them to the appropriate resources and providing information Review call notes and demographic data for accuracy and completeness, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations Provide follow-up calls and handle complaints while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

High School diploma and at least one year of experience in healthcare or mental health/substance use/intellectual/developmental disabilities Associate degree or higher preferred, along with relevant experience Knowledge of health, mental health, and Medicaid Managed Care systems High level of computer skills and ability to multitask Bilingual preferred for one of the positions
